We contacted contracting by Joseph Stewart to give us an estimate four either replacing our roof or to determine if it was eligible for roof, Maxx. He arrived on time took a look at the roof and informed us that it was eligible for the roof Max product. Joseph Stewart turned out to be one of the best customer service individuals I have ever met. We decided to go with him and he said he could complete the job the following week. He, repaired some shingles and fixed some Vents. Spraying the product on the roof took about 30 minutes when done gave us a price exactly as previously quoted.

Joseph is not only the owner but also did the roofing, he is not afraid of getting his hands dirty. He replaced the ridge caps, bad shingles with new ones, rain collar roof vent boots, blew the roof to make sure no shingles where loose (due to high winds here) and did the RoofMaxx SMEE spray, which is safe and so much more. Once done he cleaned the area that had the bad shingles and all other roofing materials. It was a pleasure do have done business with Joseph and highly recommend him for your roofing needs. Down the road we will be contacting Joseph for a metal roof due to these high winds we get.

Palace roofing came and did an amazing job. The customer service was outstanding. They came and talked with our neighbors to let them know they would be roofing our house. They reached out to ask our neighbors if it was ok to play music while they worked. They truly put our neighbors as well as our home as their top priorities. The crew came and worked hard and were done in 2 days. The roof looks amazing. They also helped us with the warranty for our roof. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great local company to replace their roof. Again such wonderful customer service.
